Order Confirmation & Production:
Before your custom sign enters production, we will confirm your design and order details. Please review everything carefully and inform us immediately if any changes are required.
If we do not receive your response within the given timeframe, your order may proceed as confirmed and may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.
Cancellations & Custom Orders:
Since all signs are made to order, we do not accept returns on custom products.
However, cancellations are allowed only if your order has not yet entered production.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@signscrafter.com.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged Deliveries:
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Notify both the shipping carrier and Signs Crafter within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage, including packaging
⚠️ Important: Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in loss of eligibility for replacement or resolution.
Warranty & Repairs:
All custom signs from Signs Crafter come with a 1-year limited warranty.
If you experience any issues within this period:
- Contact us with clear images or videos of the defect
- We will provide replacement parts or an appropriate solution at no additional cost
Shipping Errors:
We take great care to ensure accurate and timely delivery. If the carrier confirms delivery but you have not received your item:
- Contact us immediately at info@signscrafter.com
- We will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier to investigate
While we are not responsible for items marked as delivered, we will always do our best to support you.
Natural Variations & Color Differences:
Please note:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products
- Differences may also result from screen settings or printing processes
By placing an order with Signs Crafter, you acknowledge and accept these minor variations.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you notice any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items:
- Report the issue within 48 hours
- Include a detailed description and supporting images
- Send your report to info@signscrafter.com
Orders not reported within this timeframe will be considered accepted.
